This website lets users request information about available Broadcast Solutions equipment from project inventory, warehouse stock and selected broadcast technology.
Personal data processed
When you submit an equipment inquiry, the website processes the following data: company, first name, last name, email address, phone number, country, message, selected inquiry items and timestamp.
Purpose and legal basis
The purpose of processing is to handle and respond to equipment inquiries. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual inquiry handling. Alternatively, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR may apply for the legitimate business interest in responding to inquiries.
Email handling
Inquiry data is sent by email to the Broadcast Solutions sales team. This website does not store inquiries in Directus.
No account or payment process
This website provides an inquiry process only. There is no payment, no checkout and no customer account.
No marketing use
Inquiry data is not used for newsletter or marketing purposes unless separately agreed.
Your rights
Where applicable, users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or object to processing of their personal data.
